Dive deep into the world of stop-motion animation and underwater storytelling!

This workshop teaches kids how to create small-scale stop-motion animations using tabletop green screen stages. From planning a short story to building miniature sets and animating movement, participants gain a hands-on understanding of how green screen stop-motion works.

They’ll work in teams to develop a short story, build characters, props, and scenery using craft materials, and animate scenes frame by frame while learning how lighting, framing, and green screen compositing shape the final result.

By the end of this workshop, kids will have created a short green screen stop-motion animation planned through storyboards and built with handmade characters and sets.
