Tanks Blues brings together a powerhouse lineup for an unforgettable live music experience in Tank 5. Headlining the night is Australian blues heavyweight Ray Beadle, renowned for his blistering guitar work, raw vocals and deeply authentic sound that has earned him a reputation as one of the country’s finest bluesmen.
Setting the tone for the night, local enigma Johno from the legendary Johno's Blues Bar joins forces with the talented Ryo Montgomery for a special collaborative set – a meeting of Cairns blues past and present, trading licks, bending strings and locking into that sweet, smoky pocket the blues does best.
From gravelly ballads to foot-stomping riffs, Tanks Blues is a celebration of the genre in all its grit and glory – live, loud and not to be missed.
